I am a medical practitioner with a long experience in sports and exercise medicine, rehab and working closely with physiotherapists having looked after elite performance athletes and service personnel. Teresa was totally unfazed and treated me extremely professionally and competently. She listened carefully, assessed thoroughly and was very accurate in her diagnosis. She then set about putting me back together without any fuss. She has been kind, caring and demanding. She has given me back a lot of the confidence I had previously lost but she has not created a dependency, instead empowering me to continue my improvement journey. She has been great fun, too and is the first physio of many who have treated me who has matter of factly been able to reassure me and inspire me to do more. She seems too young to be this good but she is really excellent and I cannot recommend her highly enough.

Teresa, has helped me recover from many injuries, back, shoulder and elbow. With a good combination of treatment including detailed self help excercises that you can incorporate easily into your warm-up/work out routines to prevent the issue recurring. Highly recommended.

Last year, I woke up in severe shoulder pain unable to move my right side, accompanied by electric shock sensations going down my right arm. The pain was so severe that I ended up calling an ambulance to take me to hospital. The Paramedic, diagnosed that I had a trapped nerve which effected my shoulder and neck. I returned to the doctor's surgery and suggested to them, would physiotherapy would help? I was told I had to wait 6 weeks or more. I could not wait another 6 seconds with the pain, so 6 weeks or more was not the news I wanted to hear. Body Logic, was based directly across the road so I went in and I met Teresa. Teresa, gave me great guidance and advice so I booked an appointment straightaway. After my consultation, she started treatment. At the end of the session, Teresa, was able to release at lot of the pain and I was able raise my arm up and move my neck which was totally locked. I continued my sessions with Teresa, along with the exercises she told me to do every day to stretch and strengthen my shoulder and neck. As time went on my injury improved a lot, so I saw Teresa less and less. I am in a such a great place now, still pain free and able to get on with my daily activities. Teresa, also worked on improving my posture, I can still hear her voice in my head whenever I start to slouch! then I straighten up, chin in! I am so grateful that I met Teresa, not only is she a gifted physiotherapist, she is also a very positive person, who kept me going when I came into the clinic feeling low. I recommend Teresa 100% and thank her for helping me through that very difficult time.

Teresa is a cautious and sympathetic practitioner who listens attentively to your problem and proceeds carefully in order to help and not exacerbate the injury. She has been a great help with an intermittent knee injury and I have great faith in her judgement. She is ambitious for your recovery whilst proceeding with caution in case a more professional diagnosis and intervention is needed. I would have no hesitation in consulting her again and would definitely recommend her to others.
