Serena was THE most receptive person I've ever met! Despite advice, I would continue as I was prior to my injury, Serena would work around any and all additional issues I'd have incurred over the weeks between our session. My final appointment prior to surgery was a Godsend! I had been very impatient with my healing process and wanted to continue as I was, however; after meeting with Serena several times I finally learnt I couldn't do that. I left my last appointment very optimistic going into surgery; I had regained so much movement in my ankle/foot just over the course of 4-6 weeks. As someone that has appointments first thing in the morning; I genuinely look forward to the days I get to see Serena; not only does she look after your body, but also (for me anyway) has acted as a therapist in my sessions haha - always inquisitive about my work and just wonderful for a chat! I couldn't recommend Serena enough, and I wouldn't probably, because then she'd be booked up!!!
