Serena has been an absolute godsend for me. I was in a particularly fragile state both physically and emotionally at our first appointment but Serena went out of her way to make sure I was comfortable and calm and not in any pain. She was extremely knowledgeable about my complex condition and she gave me confidence that there was light at the end of the tunnel! I have gained strength quickly by following her very specific plan and have throughly enjoyed using the reformer machines under her guidance. I trust her implicitly and know that I’m in good hands. The Boxgrove has been a beautiful and friendly place to recuperate in. Highly recommended.
