Emma helped me through two partial knee replacements, her expert knowledge and care has given me a new lease of life pain free! She is patient and kind and explains everything clearly. The exercises she gave me to do have given me strength and mobility to be able to move forward doing whatever I now wish to do. I highly recommend Emma to anyone.
