After twinging my back a few weeks ago I was badly in need of attention and was in a lot of pain. Highly frustrated as a dance teacher that I couldn’t exercise properly without pain. I had a virtual consultation with Emma which was great and put my mind at rest That I had been treating the pain as well as possible by lots of stretching and keeping mobile. I was then given the option to come into clinic for a more in depth assessment and treatment. On the day Emma was very professional and reassuring. Fully kitted our in mask gloves etc and the treatment room was very clean! Emma looked me over and gave a good deep tissue massage to the affected area. Since my appointment the pain has been better and I have been getting more sleep which is great!! I am happy to continue with treatment as long as needed as I trust I am in good hands with Emma
