Emma worked wonders today on a virtual session to help me after I put my back out at the weekend.
I will admit I was hesitant when she first suggested a virtual session over the computer (since we can't meet due to the current lockdown) but I would try anything for a chance to relieve the pain.
Anyway, the set up was super easy, just follow a link she emailed to me, and then she was able to do a full assessment including range of movement etc. It was great!! We then ran through a series of stretches that helped massively to ease the pain.
I really can't thank her enough for proposing the virtual session as it's made such a huge difference to my pain levels and is allowing me to manage them better.
So thank you, thank you, thank you Emma. Brilliant work, keep it up :-)
