I spend an hour first thing on a Monday morning exercising on a range of apparatus under the watchful eye of Emma. I am gradually building up strength in my legs and the instructions and supervision given by Emma is achieving this aim both physically and mentally. It is my knees condition which caused me to enroll with the Boxgrove and I do feel the physio sessions are having a beneficial effect.
