I have never had such an excellent service from a member of the NHS. He fully explained my diagnosis and what I needed to do to help alleviate my pain. He also phoned to check how I was getting on with the video exercises that he had set for me and that he had referred me for hospital treatment and contacted my doctors surgery .

Excellent service . James explained everything that he did and the reasons the for the exercises . A very pleasant and kind person that I would recommend 100%. When I first saw him I was in great pain and not very mobile but today I am not in pain and can exercise and get on with life with the the knowledge I can manage it if it returns .
