I went to see Mary-Lynn after a hip arthroscopy. As well as treating the original injury, Mary-Lynn focused on the cause of the injury and sought to strengthen related muscle groups. I learnt a lot about my general mechanics and have been given the tools to minimise future injuries as well. Mary-Lynn adapted my programme to suit my progress rather than blindly sticking to a prescribed plan.
The biggest surprise for me was that not only did I return to rugby but I played some of the best rugby of my career after treatment. I was almost in tears after being voted player of the tournament in a sevens competition just three months after returning to the sport.
Thank you Mary-Lynn for everything you've done for me! I would highly recommend you to anyone seeking great physio care!
