I would highly recommend Mary-Lynn from Body Logic Battersea. She was able to sort out my dodgy knew/hip in just a few sessions. The exercises she gave me really helped my injury which meant i was able to complete a sub 3,30 marathon. Her advice and help was so effective that i only needed a few sessions with her.
