Matt listened to what I had to say. He explained everything and what would happen . He told me a few exercises and sent me a link to follow the exercises . This was a telephone appt and was a bit sceptical about it, But came off the phone pleased with the plan for my injured knee.

Matt listens to everything I say, and helps me to understand what is needed from me to make progress. Matt simplifies the exercises if and when needed, and always gives me encouragement and not too rush them. Matt is there for me if I have any questions and promptly replies.

Matt is caring, good listener, understanding and empathize with his patients. Quick to respond and gives very helpful exercises. He goes an extra mile to help and shows compassion. I am happy with his advice and the exercises helped me. Previously, I had seen Matt in 2014 because of my lower back (I am told I have arthritis ) I was in pain and constantly had back aches. But with the exercises which was given and the sessions I had with Matt has made me completely well. He has a good approach that makes you feel you are important. Because of my previous good experience with Matt, I approached him again this time in 2020 when I had a fall and both my wrists were bad. I would highly recommend Matt. Thank you.

It was a remote appointment and not face to face. It was a video call but it was well dealt. The physiotherapist was thorough and I was able to explain my problem well.
