I found this service invaluable, he was very knowledgeable and empathetic. I had access immediately to the app which showed in detail the exercises, I felt improvement quickly and this enabled me to continue working where previous times ive had to have time off, hes was also able to sign post me to other relevant services. I would definitely use this again

I actually saw Matt via telephone video call not actually face to face. Whilst I believe face to face is the best, this was definitely a very successful physio appointment considering the circumstances we are in (COVID pandemic). This was a second appointment related to an ongoing issue, I had e mailed Matt to inform him things were still not right and he booked me in. Matt listened carefully to the continuing complaint and got me to try certain moves to confirm his thoughts. He went through the list of exercises as to what had worked and what had not and thus was able to ascertain how to move forward. He went through a number of additional exercises and e mailed the links to enable me to continue doing them accurately at home. He was very easy to talk to and i would not hesitate to use this service again if the need arises.
