Matt really listened to me and was very empathetic. The exercises he suggested really helped. He even demonstrated each one which was really helpful.

I have seen Matt a couple of times now and I feel at ease with him as I believe he listens to what I have to say. He is very understanding and fully explains the exercises he recommends me to do and I have noticed an improvement in my condition.
