I have self referred myself for occupational physio because of plantar fasciitis. My appointment was scheduled within a week time and follow up appointments was scheduled on the visit as well. He took time to examine and explained me the exercises which benefit me relieving pain.
Matt is a very caring Physiotherapist. He takes the time to listen to you and explains everything clearly and goes through the exercises one at a time to ensure you know what you are doing when you leave.
I would most definitely recommend Matt
Very professional and approachable.
Good listener and comes up with constructive suggestions.
Takes time and does a thorough assessment.
Ensures that one is sent away with as much information and a rehabilitation programme.
I had suffered with Achilles tendon pain for a couple of years and tried various medications and injections and still in pain. Matt helped me to understand how to work with my body progressively to minimise pain and optimise my wellbeing.
He was very patient and responsive to my needs; I actually popped in another time for a different strain which he also helped me with. I am now able to recognise when to adjust exercises to strengthen and stretch my body muscles and feel very grateful not to be in constant pain.
I heartily recommend Matt to anyone in pain, he knows his stuff and has lots of empathy.
