I found this service invaluable, he was very knowledgeable and empathetic. I had access immediately to the app which showed in detail the exercises, I felt improvement quickly and this enabled me to continue working where previous times ive had to have time off, hes was also able to sign post me to other relevant services.
I would definitely use this again
