Matt was very thorough given it was telephone appointment. He covered all aspects of the problem and had me attempting exercises so to ascertain the seriousness of the problem. He spoke clearly and intelligibly and reassuringly throughout. He explained how the recovery exercise would work and went through them step by step. I was left in no doubt that if I needed to call I could do so at any time.
