I've seen Liam again recently following a bad experience of back pain. I was confident from previous experience that he would be able to deal with it and get me sorted out. I wasn't wrong, five sessions of treatment and some exercises to do between times and I can move properly again. Growing older sometimes isn't so good and the aches and pains seem to come on more quickly and get worse but when you can get them sorted out quickly it doesn't seem to matter so much. Thanks Liam.

Liam has been treating me for a back problem. It is longstanding and has defeated a few others. He's been patient and kind and is a good listener. Things are now after six weeks better than they have been any time in the last six years. Highly recommended.

Liam sorted out my back pain which was severe. He explained things well and taught me how to stop it happening again - great physio.

I've seen Liam for a couple of months with back pain, the pain was initially indescribable and I could not even move in bed, to say I crawled to Physio & More would not be much of an exaggeration. I had never experienced anything like it before and never want to again. Liam got straight on the job and while the first and second sessions were not easy and I wanted to shout very loud that he should stop, I bit my tongue and I'm so glad I did. Liam explained everything to me and checked I understood what was going on and how it was going to be fixed. Now at the end of treatment he has told me what I need to do to prevent this pain ever again - and I'm listening! He also told me exactly what to beware of in terms of symptoms and that the sooner I get it treated the more likely I am to prevent the same thing happening again. He's a great man to see if you're in pain.

After knee surgery my consultant said I needed physiotherapy and recommended Liam Goode. I was not disappointed with the recommendation and Liam is at the top of his game when it comes to treatment. He's a nice chap too who talks you through everything carefully and is also friendly and talkative so while some of the sessions were very hard going he made them fly by and my recovery was complete in good time. I would recommend him to anyone.

Profile

Senior Physiotherapist

My physiotherapy career began in the NHS. I completed a wide variety of rotations whilst beginning my specialism into musculoskeletal treatments. Despite the inherent challenges, I really enjoyed my time in the NHS, and I learned an incredible amount. Since this time I have worked extensively in private practice throughout South West London and Surrey. My experience to date has developed my expertise in treating a wide variety of clients and injuries. Clinically, I have spent my time assessing and treating those who simply work hard, the ultimate sport enthusiasts, and also elite athletes.

Prior to physiotherapy, I gained my first degree in Sports Science at Loughborough University. Whilst working as a private personal trainer, I became very interested in the biomechanics of injuries, and more specifically, the effect people have upon themselves in their chosen activity. It would seem that in many cases a chosen sport may simply find a problem (that has been there for a long time) rather than cause the problem in the first place. In my practice, I like to use my knowledge of exercise, biomechanics, and a wealth of manual therapy skills to both solve the problem, and keep it away. Whatever the problem may be, I will be with you every step of the way.
