I had a grade 2 sprain on my ankle after a fall while climbing. It improved over a few months, but there was still some pain that would not go away which was preventing me from going climbing, so I went to see Jehan. Jehan was fantastic in helping me speed up my recovery. Jehan was professional, friendly, and thorough in assessing my ankle at my first session. She initially introduced some light ankle strengthening exercises which I did a twice a day, and some exercises more frequently. As my ankle improved over the next few sessions, new exercises were introduced. A few more sessions, my ankle has fully recovered and now I'm climbing again.

Jehan is very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. She has been very helpful at explaining exactly what the problems I had are and how they may be resolved. She has provided lots of useful exercises to get me back in training. I would thoroughly recommend Jehan as a physiotherapist.

Jehan saw me for an ankle sprain that hadn't been improving. She was able to quickly improve the injury, suggesting some exercises that rapidly increased strength and managed to get the stubborn swelling down. I would definitely recommend.
