I suffered from excruciating sacroiliac joint pain towards the end of my pregnancy which only got worse after the birth of my son, so much so that I could barely walk even on crutches! I came to see Ben for treatment after being recommended him by a friend and can honestly say that he is the best there is. He managed to relieve my discomfort during pregnancy no end despite being limited in the treatment he could give me, and helped me through the sacroliac pain (worse than childbirth!). When I was unable to move, let alone walk as a new mum Ben kept my thinking positive and went above and beyond in helping me to recovery. I could not recommend him highly enough. Thanks Ben!

I ruptured my ACL and after surgery my consultant suggested I go to Physio & More for rehab. It's a bad injury to get and the recovery is not simple but I have been in expert hands with Ben Wilde and his team from the word go. The sessions have been demanding but I've always come away more confident of my recovery and aware that I was improving and getting stronger. I had an excellent video based programme to follow at home, I'm not the best at following instructions given verbally but when I can see someone doing what I need to I can get it right every time so this worked perfectly for me. I'm almost recovered and Ben deserves the credit for the way this has happened. I can't recommend him enough.

I'm at an age where if I want to continue to compete at a serious level I need to get my injuries fixed regularly and quickly. I first went to see Ben about four years ago and over that time I've found him to be excellent and I wouldn't consider going anywhere else. He is thorough and examines things from all angles, does a lot of thinking and listening and when he decides on a course of action it is invariably right and improvement follows quickly. Add to that he's a nice guy who is highly professional and he has an excellent sense of humour and he's a winner as far as I am concerned and with his help I can still be one too!

I've been going to Physio & More and seeing Ben for as long as it has been open which I think is now over five years. I have a chronic injury and my movement is impaired if I do not have regular input and treatment. Over five years Ben has helped me improved beyond what I ever thought could happen and I still see him about four times each year as I do not want to risk any sort of regression. He makes my sessions demanding which I like and he is professional, friendly and kind. He's just the best physio I've ever seen.

I've been seeing Ben following an ankle injury. He's very knowledgeable, explains things well, is very professional, polite and friendly. Sessions have been demanding, he knows just how far to push for progress with minimal pain and I'm recovering. I totally recommend him.
