I first saw Ben after a bad skiing accident and I can honestly say that my recovery would not have been as complete without his involvement. Besides his competence as a physio par excel-lance, what I valued as much was his advise on surgeons and doctors of whom he seems to know who are the best in the profession for the different requirements. In addition, he sets up a well thought out and easy to follow rehab program with clearly set out exercises specifically related to the injury. These were updated regularly as I progressed until I was discharged with a maintenance program. Ben's other great attribute is that he truly cares about his patients and seems to have all the time in the world to focus on just you. He is never late for his appointments and has never kept me waiting. Ben also treats my son for ongoing rugby injuries and again, his programs and advise are invaluable. He is always our first port of call and will always go that extra yard to fit us in and give the best advise and treatment possible. Being a sportsman himself and working closely with high level sports teams, Ben understands the pressures of sport and the related injuries. Another huge benefit to seeing Ben is that he has a gym in the clinic which he can use to demonstrate and work out with you as part of your rehab program. I could not recommend him highly enough. He is pleasure to visit and inspires confidence with his diagnoses and treatment.

Ben Wilde was professional, polite and friendly. He took into consideration my medical history and previous injuries and was gentle and kind throughout my treatment. He made sure I was happy with the treatment plan and was really committed to seeing my recovery through to the end. I would definitely recommend Ben and Physio and More - excellent care!

I have seen Ben Wilde for treatment regularly over the last five years, he has been instrumental in helping me to manage a chronic condition which is the result of an accident. He is always highly professional, he is extremely knowlegable and does not leave any option for improvement unexplored. He is personable and friendly and never fails to go the extra mile for me. When I first saw him I knew very quickly that I was being treated by the best physiotherapist I had ever met (and I've seen a few) and over time he has never disappointed me. I can't recommend him highly enough.
