I first saw Ben a few years ago after I ruptured my ACL, he took care of the rehab and his skill and expertise then convinced me he was the person to see with any subsequent injuries. I've been back a few times fortunately for nothing as bad as the initial ACL. Most recently I've seen him after dislocating my shoulder on the rugby field. It was very painfully put back but then I needed to get the full movement back and to strengthen it again. Ben has been his usual excellent self righ through the process. This guy just chips away at problems and keeps going, he knows exactly how far to push on any given day and progress is steady and sure. He really is just the best there is.

I'm a rower who injured my lower back overdoing training. I thought my time was over until I met Ben. He has worked with me over several of months first reducing the scale of the injury I sustained and then working on getting strength back. Today for the first time I got in a boat and was pain free and it all felt great. I can't recommend Ben enough, great help from a great man.

Ben has treated a few members of my family over the years so when I woke up unable ot move my neck he was my first port of call. I was lucky to get an appointment a few hours later. He put me at my ease quickly and having listened to what happened which didn't take long as I woke up with it - fine the night before, he got to work loosening some spasming muscles. That wasn't pleasant and I felt a bit bruised and battered afterwards but I could move again. It was all tender for a day or so but is now back to normal. My family have always had great service too, usually for things far more complicated than my neck was but Ben has sorted all out quickly and effectively and he's also such a nice man to deal with and so are the rest of the people who work at Physio & More, all so kind and caring.

I had seen a few physios and for that matter osteopaths and chiropractors before I saw Ben and I'd been looking for a solution to my chronic back pain. Ben is different, he listens, asks questions and doesn't make assumptions or interrupt or tell you what is wrong before you've finished talking. Once you've finished talking he examines you very carefully including putting you through movements some of which are painful and some are alright but he wants to find out exactly what hurts and what doesn't and then how bad the pain is. All that done he then told me what he thought was wrong and it was quite different to anything I'd heard before. He told me he could help me but it was a partnership and I would have to work on exercises between sessions and come regularly for a couple of months and less often for a couple of months after that but he thought it could all be fixed. I was absolutely ready to try, if he'd told me to come every day for a year I would have signed up if it meant I would get rid of the pain. Four months later I am pain free, it's been hard and at times I've thought I should just give up and go back to pain killers but Ben has been supportive way beyond expectation calling me to check how I am and listening when I've been down. I'm going to continue to see him once a month for a while longer, I don't want things to slip and I'd rather now he just monitor how things are. I have absolute confidence in Ben and I can't recommend him highly enough.
