I've been seeing Anna since the birth of my baby working on getting back in shape and over what was not an easy birth. She's been great with lots of help and advice about getting moving again and then also how to prevent getting things like a sore back from so much lifting and bending. I don't know what I would do without her!

I went along to see Anna with an ankle injury. She was thorough in her examination and explained straight away that it could be one of two things and without an x-ray she could not be absolutely certain. Fortunately she was able to arrange the x-ray for me within twenty four hours and unfortunately it was the fracture she feared. That made things more complicated but a period on crutches and then some work on strengthening it all and I'm now better. Great treatment and I have to say I admired her admitting her lack of certainty. So many health care staff just bluster through and tell you things that later you know were not quite right. Anna didn't do that and although the news wasn't what I wanted, she was open and honest with me so if I injure myself again I will be sure to go straight back to her.

Any new mum will know the pains you get from dealing so much of your day with that small bundle of joy - if only there was no pain to deal with too. Anna has been doing a great job over several weeks working particularly on my back and shoulders keeping me going. She's always so positive and so cheerful and it's much more than my aches that feel better when I leave the clinic.

Anna listened to me carefully, examined me thoroughly and did what no other physio has done, got to the root of my problem and sorted out my pain. It took a few sessions as the problem had been going on for a while but I didn't expect an overnight miracle. Now I'm pain free and more than satisfied. She's great!
