Anna has been treating me for some long standing back pain. She has done hands on work on my back and shown me exercises to do to strengthen the muscles to help prevent it all happening again and I'm a lot better. I just wish I'd done this six months ago when it all started.

I've been seeing Anna to try and get back in shape after having a baby. It was not straightforward and I was quite badly cut losing muscle tone and all the horrible consequences that has. It's not easy to talk about even to a professional which Anna is. She is the most sensitive and kind person who quickly put me at my ease and gave me confidence that things could get back to normal. Quite a bit of work followed and many exercises under her expert guidance and slowly things started to improve. Now I'm recovered and yes I had to work hard at it but I couldn't have done it without Anna's expert help and encouragement.

I suffered from a frozen shoulder and after an operation to fix it my consultant recommended Physio & More and I made an appointment with Anna. She gave me confidence that she knew what she was about within minutes of meeting her and although I was still in pain from the operation she made me feel safe and got to work quickly. I'm delighted that I now have full movement of my shoulder and we are just finishing off with some work to help me get full strength back. Great service from a great physio.

I've been seeing Anna as I've had a problem with my shoulder. After checking it out she found that the problem was far deeper than either of us thought initially so a few investigations later and a repair by a consultant and then I was back to Anna for rehab. She's been great and given me confidence that all would be well when I was losing hope and now I am fully better. She's thorough, knowledgeable, kind and goes way beyond expectations for you.

Anna has been a great help to me after I woke up one morning with a stiff neck, I called Physio & More for an appointment (I've been before several times) and saw her later the same day. She treated me for an hour and I went back a couple of days later for a second session and now I'm back to normal - thankfully just in time for Christmas. Great service from a great place.
