Anna got me back on track after a cycling injury, her programme was excellent and easy to follow and she made some pretty hard sessions good fun. Highly recommended.

I've recently had a hip replacement. The NHS provided some physio but I knew I could do with more so on recommendation I went to see Anna. She's been great helping me get my confidence back and redevelop the muscles that hadn't been well used before because I was in pain. After only six weeks of work I feel better than I have for years and I really enjoy walking again - it's always the simple things that make a difference.

Anna is a great person to see, so cheerful and vibrant and so knowledgeable. She's been helping me get over a particularly difficult birth and the resulting muscle damage which left me feeling very weak. She's gentle and kind and very perceptive in her treatment. I can't recommend her enough.

Anna has been most helpful with knee pain. It came on suddenly, I couldn't put my foot to the ground and as I've been to Physio & More on several occasions I did not hesitate to book an appointment with someone there. It was the first time I've seen Anna. She was immediately courteous, polite and friendly. She asked about what happened then examined me very carefully. That over she began treatment putting me through some movements that did hurt but she told me they would and explained exactly what she was doing at every stage. I went to see her four times in all and now I'm completely back to normal and well. Great service once again but I wouldn't expect anything less.

Anna has treated me for knee pain and gone on to help me get back to running - I'm due to run in the London Marathon in a few weeks so her swift and accurate diagnosis complete with then very good treatment which had me seeing an improvement in a couple of days followed by helping me improve my technique has been a great experience. Thanks and well done.
