Unable to move with back pain on waking I called Physio & More where I've been before. I was offered an appointment with Anna later the same morning and had to get my husband to take me even though we live close by.
Anna was excellent. She got quickly to the root of the problem, mad though it sounds, as a new mum I hadn't thought that picking up and carrying my baby could be harming me but when I showed Anna what I was doing she recongised immediately what I had done.
Anyway she worked hard to get me fixed and a couple of weeks later all is back to normal but I'm going to keep going in order to stop the same thing happening again.
The staff here are great, they really go the extra mile for you and they are all so cheerful and helpful. Totally recommended.
