She referred me to a physiotherapist for my back and nick pain and, understanding my financial concerns, advised me to call NHS 111 for my dental pain for further support. Her kindness, empathy, and ethical approach made a real difference. I left feeling heard, supported, and reassured. I’m truly grateful for her exceptional care.
