Elisa has been very clear and quick to respond to messages- including a short period of panic when stocks of medication ran out due to shortages in supply earlier in the year. Often responded at unsociable hours/weekends and was very easy/clear to deal with (far more so than some other medical companies I’ve had to speak to re:ADHD etc)
