I am grateful to have Elisa as my assigned pharmacist. She responded to messages quickly and had good communication. She asked follow up questions about my symptoms and side effects of the medication which made me feel like she was actively engaged in my care instead of just going through the motions. She made the titration process a very easy experience and I would recommend her to everyone.
