Not being able to have a phone call. Not even a 5-10 minute phone call to clarify can be quite distressing. Especially when you have to wait 48 hours. It would be much more helpful to at least have. 10-15 minute phone call when first starting to help with any queries. And just making sure we understand what we need to do.
