Always a pleasure to speak to Stuart because he listens to me, I never feel rushed and is always very helpful if I have questions and he offers great advice. He speaks clearly and does not gabble so when I’ve finished speaking to him I know exactly what is what. I am very lucky to have Stuart looking after me and I really appreciate it.
