What a refreshing session after the last few years! Easy to speak with, covers all he needs to AND listens and acts on concerns. Helps by providing rational explanations and taking the initiative on fringe aspects that would benefit from preventative action. Follow-up correspondence is particularly well composed and thorough.

Kane is a great asset to the Rheumatology team. He always has time to listen and I feel never rushes me. I have had RA for many years and seen a few nurses but feel he has been one of the best. Kane always calls me back if I have to call the Help Line and reassures me. It's good to have the continuity of seeing the same person when you have a long term chronic illness. I hope he gets the recognition for his hard work.
