Following on from the poor sop layout and mistakes from pharmacy dispensing, this store is now excellent. The staff were always good here and continue to be so, however it took some serious complaints directed at high level to get this branch up to speed. Lloyds themselves need to monitor branches more effectively and not wait until problems manifest themselves before acting.
Staff here get 10 out of 10 from me.
