I don't have an issue with the optometrist- I have an issue with forced-selling technique at the boots opticians to make me buy expensive glasses from them whereas much better prices exist elsewhere

Very friendly and professional. Mr Patel informed me about latest 1 day contact lenses and provided me with free samples to try. I was too early for my appointment, but Mr Patel was there and I got straight into his examination room. Not sure if it meant he didn't have a lunch time break, but it was of course great for me! Thank you!

I used to work at Dollond & Aitchision/ Boots Opticians on Wigmore street. I am now the Optometrist Owner of Safarian and Simon Opticians, which is a single family orientated run practice, no franchises or large multinational companies in the background holding shares and directing the business.
