Sachin was a great help. This is the first time I have needed glasses so I wanted to have my condition explained to me clearly. I wasn't rushed and Sachin made time to see me over a period of two weeks in order to provide the best possible evaluation.
I really felt looked after and in good hands. There was no hard sale and all the staff in Safarian & Simon were highly professional.
I am very pleased to have found this practice and will be using them for my annual check up. I am actually quite excited to collect my new glasses!
