What a lovely man. Ian made me feel at ease, I've had previous surgery on my eyes and I'm very nervous when having eye tests, he understood my concerns, explained everything he was doing and made me relax. He was very thorough, and made sure I was happy before leaving.
I will definitely be recommending boots. Thank you Ian (and charlotte) you were both brilliant!
