He explained in great detail why my eyes have been very blurry and gave good advice on how to cure it which I've just started doing. I did not have to wait too long because the optometrist saw me right away. He gave clear answers to all of my questions and seemed like an easy-going person. The eye test went smoothly .

Polite and took his time but he did not wash his hands before touching my eye and trying to get under the lid as I complained of previously having an itchy eye. He had been touching his keyboard and I would expect an optician to wash or gel their hands before touching a patient's eye. I didn't feel comfortable mentioning this as I thought he should know to do this himself.
