Adam was friendly and very professional and was great at re-assuring me. He listened to what I had to say and investigated any problems that I highlighted. He made me very comfortable and I felt that he was not rushing anything.

His manner was very approachable and he made me feel at ease through this process. I have felt intimadated in the past because of the close proximity of the optomotrist in some of the sections however this did not happen with Adam.
