I am a 76 year old woman who has worn glasses since I was a small child. The eye test provided by Shinal Shah yesterday was the most professional and thorough I have ever experienced. She even asked questions about my health no one had asked before and gave my great faith in her judgement. I was so impressed that I took note of her name in order to book future appointments.

She's quite a forceful character, but knows her stuff and proposed solutions to all my concerns, so I feel in good hands. I would just like it if she took a little more time to listen, rather than making me feel I need to talk across her to make myself heard. That's not to say she didn't listen - she clearly did, since she understood all my concerns - but it's about perception / making someone feel listened to.
