I'd like to say a big thank you to all the staff at boots, Angel branch were I had appointment for an eye examination. Thet optometrist herself Faisa was marvellous thoroughly professional and on point. With hindsight (pardon the pun) I can't speak highly enough how good she actually was having used my new lenses! Brilliant they are I can now see what I read with precision and writing is a joy thanks to her! As for the rest of the staff Bomi, Hasan, Ayesha & Tasnia they were instrumental polishing off a great day with their demeanour. On the whole a fantastic experience for me and my dearest, the icing on the cake these guys ..not only professional,courteous, well mannered but fun too.They managed to obtain that balance of protocol & informality perfectly! Big massive thanks again to you all ,keep it real guys !
