I think the Optometrist was perfectly fine and it was her that sorted out the initial tests to be performed. It was all the staff at the front of the house that need to be on the ball. As people who were waiting after got in before myself. This is unacceptable as they were having the same tests and no one was letting us know what happened They basically forgot that we were there.
