Staff were very friendly. They explained what they were doing and why. I was told about the different prices for the different lenses, and didn't feel that they were pushing me to get more expensive frames/lenses. Was allowed plenty of time to browse the extensive frame selection. Have gone to boots for my specs for 30 years, wouldn't go anywhere else!

All staff at Meadowhall store were lovely. All were friendly, helpful and smiling. I was taken through all options regards to prices and having to have varifocals for the first time their assistance was invaluable. Not a bad word to say

Whilst I was very happy with the service received on my initial visit ( eye test and selecting of frames etc) when I returned to collect my glasses I was left unattended for 15 mins without explanation. The male member of staff on the reception desk (supervisor ?) made no attempt at offering customer service
