I had a contact lens check on 14th september and was advised to try some new lenses. The lenses were ordered and i was advised i would be contacted by the store to book and appointment. Whrn i didnt hear after 1 month i decided to call and was advised the lenses had been in store for a long time and the staff member apologised for me not being called. I attended my appointment 17.10.17 at which point the new lenses that had been ordered were the wrong prescription. The lenses have been re ordered and i will noe have to attend another appointment. I am a little dissapointed with the inconvenience i have been caused
