Very friendly staff Didn't use jargon that I didn't understand They were very accommodating and understanding that I had not had contact lenses before Provided me with a range of options including daily and monthly contact lenses and explained the best option for me and my daily life

All staff were very attentive and caring.my care was very thorough and professional from my eye test to collecting my new glasses. Thank you and I'm very happy with my lovely glasses they are perfect.

Highly recommend these Opticians. Extremely friendly and professional. Nothing to much trouble and each test etc fully explained. Adam and Ryan are outstanding a total credit to the company

Appointment was late Wasn't greeted on arrival Suggested there was issues with my eyes but would not provide glasses Passed between several different people and rooms Rude staff Only wanted payment off me and was very uninterested Will not be returning I spend a lot of money in boots stores so thought this quality would transfer to the eye care sadly not the case Will be going for an eye test at another competitor for better treatment
