To be honest my first pair of glasses were slightly wrong and I had problems with the reading. I returned to Boots, Long Causeway, where Josh arranged for the glasses to be remade. Two weeks later, I returned to collect my glasses, where again Josh took great care in fitting them correctly. This time they are spot on, Thank you for your time and concern Josh. I fully appreciate that the staff in the branch do not actually make the glasses on site, and sometimes this can be wrong, but the sign of good staff, is how they put the error right!
