I attended today (01 Nov) to collect my glasses and was served by Lyn. Her customer service skills are exceptional. She served me promptly at the reception sat me down for a very short while and then came over with my new glasses. She was very friendly and made me feel at ease. She checked the fitting around my head scarf and they fitted perfectly. I have never had someone give so much consideration before. I would like to Thank her for making me feel at ease and for her brilliant customer service :)
