The service I received when I went for eye test was amazing. I was seen on time by all the staff, no waiting around. The Optometrist was excellent and even did a test to see if I had dry eyes, as I had been suffering with watery eyes and yes this can be dry eye, which it turned out to be. Choosing new glasses as I needed higher prescription was made so much easier by Clare, she was so friendly and with so many choices of frames clare was really helpful in helping me to choose two new pairs. Will definitely recommend Boots Opticians. Thank you Amanda, Nehal and Clare.

I already wear contact lenses but I found that I was being rushed during the exam and hurried out of the room, when I asked her to repeat the test question because I wasn't clear, she glossed over it and said it was fine.

Very friendly and helpful Optometrist. Gave me another option (mono lenses?) to trial to see if it helps with my near and distance vision.
