I find that evey appointment I book I have to wait more than 30 minutes before being seen which I find unacceptable. When I asked what the wait time was (as I had another appointment to attend elsewhere) I was told 7 people were booked in at the same time. I fail to see how that is my fault and why I should wait over 30 minutes past my appointment time.
The actual optometrist I could not fault.
