The efficiency from start to the final order was great. The lady who I met on arrival and conducted the initial tests was extremely competent. From there I went to see the optometrist..was extremely polite and considerate. Alas, Although she gave me her name, I am unable to recall it. From there to ordering glasses. I would like to compliment Jane of her patience as she advised on frames and lenses, then worked out the best deal for me. Nothing seemed to be any trouble for her. She, along with the others who were involved are a massive credit to your department. Great work and greatly appreciated.

Didn't actually get seen as optician's appointments were running an hour behind so had to rearrange. I wasn't impressed by the wasted journey. I feel some effort should have been made to contact people beforehand. Also, I found it impossible to book an appointment online as the website wouldn't let me select the location I wanted to start with

I suddenly realised I ran out of contact lenses, and I would need them for a party in one week. I called in Victoria boots store and made enquiry for the order of contact lenses. As expected, the boots staffs did not have sufficient time to order them in store for me. However, the staffs was very Smart and Helpful. They suggested me to book for an eye test and may get a set of trial lenses, so that I could try them on for my party. I appreciated these staffs team in Victoria centre boots store are smart nice front line staffs, who helped problem solving for customer's need. I will definitely go back to boots opticians service.
