The staff were good, the problem i had with the experience was regarding the cleanliness of the waiting area. The waste paper bin was overflowing the floor was sticky and the chairs could also have used a wipedown. I expect that this may have been because they are operating beyond capacity.

I received the best customer service from all the staff members when I arrived. I would defiantly consider going to boots again for an eye test instead of Specsavers

The appointment went smoothly, however it was at 9th. I have been to appointments later times and it takes ages to be seen. Overall a great service.
