I had 2 experiences of the booking not fitting the requirement. i.e was told I needed to see the Optometrist so waited a week for the appointment and when I got there I just needed to see the ladies in there for a contact lens trial. Waited another week for another appointment to check my lenses and was not told to wear the lenses to this. There were 10 days between the appointments and I was only given lenses to trial for 5 days. So, I had to wait another 12 days for another appointment. In total from the initial consultation to getting lenses to wear on a regular basis took 6weeks.
